Accommodation and Tenancy Assistance

At Accessify Support Services, we provide personalised Accommodation and Tenancy Assistance to help NDIS participants secure and maintain safe, suitable, and long-term housing. We understand that having a stable home environment is the foundation of independence and wellbeing.

Our experienced support team works with you to identify your housing goals, overcome barriers to securing accommodation, and develop the skills you need to manage your tenancy successfully.

Accommodation Services

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

At Accessify Support Services, we provide high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services designed to help NDIS participants live as independently as possible while receiving the support they need in a safe and comfortable home environment.

Short-Term Accommodation (STA)

At Accessify Support Services, we provide welcoming and fully supported Short-Term Accommodation (STA)—also known as Respite Care—to give NDIS participants a safe and comfortable place to stay for a short period.

Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA)

At Accessify Support Services, we provide comfortable and fully supported Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) for NDIS participants who need a safe place to stay while waiting for their long-term housing or support arrangements to be finalised.
